Hey guys! Alright, so ... my book signing was this Friday! Goodness, it's been so much fun! Thank you so much to all those of you did show up, it's been beyond amazing.
And for those of you who haven't, I have some awesome news ... Foreshadow is available in all Virgin Megastores branches across Saudi Arabia, as well as Amazon and Kindle!
(Make sure to drop a review on Goodreads (and Amazon!) once you're done reading it!)
Before I go on, I'd like to apologize for not posting September's book recommendations. I've been extremely busy with my first week of tenth grade as well as the signing! (I didn't read any good books anyway, so I guess it saved me a struggle of looking for old good books that I read, right?)
First off, I'd like to say how - Alhamdulillah - incredibly successful it has been.
I have no idea how many copies I signed (I haven't been counting, to be honest!) but I had much more fun than I had expected chatting with all the excited readers and meeting everyone. I even had the pleasant surprise of meeting a number of strangers just browsing along the way, too!
I cannot wait for Foreshadow to inspire others like I hope it would, and share the magic I've planted in it with every reader who opens its pages.
For more images of the day, head on to the Gallery tab. You might spot yourself!
I also had the pleasure of meeting Ameera, a journalist from Arab News newspaper. She had a short interview with me and ...
There's an article on Arab News' website and physical copy - about Foreshadow! Can you guys believe it?! Here's the link to the article on their website.
I also had a squealfest at home because when dad bought the newspapers, I saw my face. On the front page. You don't understand how overwhelmed and incredibly touched I was. I really hope my short interview inspires and motivates you like I planned.
I guess that's all for today's post! All in all, it's been a wonderful Friday for me, and first and foremost, I have Allah to thank, then my amazing family, then you guys!
Yep, your support and believing in me has and always will mean so much to me. Here's to many more novels I hope to write - and not too far in the future, either!
And until next time, folks.
